Blow

The blow department is the first department to convert plastic pellets into bags in the width, thickness and color of bags according to customer requirements. Through a machine called Blown film extrusion, the working principle is to blow viscous liquid plastic to inflate in the air and extrude transform into a plastic bag or a thin plastic sheet (film) by slitting the edges on both sides of the plastic bag. The factory's machines can produce widths ranging from 2” to 80” and have a production capacity of more than 100 tons/month.
